<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Configure and maintain Salesforce components, including products, pricing, quotes, contracts, accounts, and opportunities.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Serve as the go-to expert on Salesforce CPQ, CRM, and Billing functionalities.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Recommend and implement process improvements and automation using Salesforce.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Generate insights and provide recommendations based on data analysis.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.</span></li>

<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job</strong></p>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">5+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing for large-scale enterprise transformation projects.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">1 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in CRM, CPQ and Billing.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and administration.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong project management and organizational skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Knowledge of best practices in data management, security, and compliance</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">A minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications is a must.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Billing Specialist, Salesforce Platform Developer 1 is a must</span></li>
