<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Is able to manage various stakeholders and colleagues across the company</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Is excited about delivering a structured recruiting process and exceptional candidate experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Has experience with creating an inclusive and diverse recruiting strategy</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Is able to use data to plan, problem solve, and communicate progress to various stakeholders</span></li>
