<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our LLM Data Services Business Unit. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving key initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects. This role will focus on two primary goals:</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure the availability of high-quality, diverse data sets to support the training and optimization of large language models.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Implement best practices for data collection, annotation, and validation to maintain data integrity and relevance.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify data needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and implement scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity within the business unit.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Report and escalate issues to management as needed.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Perform risk management to minimize project risks.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3 class=" text-white font-semibold text-lg mb-2"><strong class=" font-semibold">Requirements:</strong></h3>
<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master&#8217;s degree is a plus.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven working experience in project management, with a focus on data services or machine learning projects.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is a plus.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with agile methodologies is preferred.</span></li>
