<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">As the <strong class=" font-semibold">Lead Product Manager</strong>, you will report to the <strong class=" font-semibold">Director of Product</strong> and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most important technical problems.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead the development of cohesive and complex platform services and solutions that span multiple teams and external groups.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead multi-team complex product initiatives to deliver optimal product solutions.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Facilitate concept explorations with high ambiguity and complexity. Work across multiple teams to form coherent approach.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Be the subject matter expert on the jobs-to-be-done by our customers and can translate that knowledge into prioritization and organization of tasks.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Understand larger company strategy and help shaping product strategy in ambiguous and impactful areas across teams.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Own the roadmap of large and complex products with multiple teams. Ensure that the roadmap is inline with our strategy and objectives.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Clearly articulate how chosen solutions align with business objectives &#8211; as well as present tradeoffs between different solutions &#8211; in a way which will inspire confidence in both leadership and the role of product within our organization.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop comprehensive product roadmaps based on company OKRs and strategic goals.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop relationships with key customers and partners to create feedback loops and build empathy.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends in the aesthetics industry to identify new opportunities</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop the strong feature specs, user stories</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Monitor and report on product KPIs.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead gathering product feedback through surveys, interviews, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing.</span></li>
