<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">YOUR ROLE AS VP OF PRODUCT AT 0x</strong></p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">As the Head of Product at 0x, you’ll lead our Product team, overseeing our consumer product, Matcha, and our developer platform. Your mission will be to ensure our product development organizations are operating at the highest level.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge communication and drive alignment across leadership, product, design, engineering, and data. You&#8217;ll help the team maintain a healthy pace for long-term sustainability by carefully balancing velocity vs. technical debt. You will have key influence on our product roadmap and company culture, and be a champion of both.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">On any given day, you may work with leadership on business or organizational strategy, make priority calls on roadmap items and feature vs. technical debt tradeoffs, coach team members across a myriad of functions, develop a strong product management bench, and/or review a feature specification.</p>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">We&#8217;re seeking a visionary Product Leader to spearhead our product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. In this role, you&#8217;ll align our founder&#8217;s vision with strategic product roadmaps, mentor the product management team, and drive cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will balance data-driven decision-making with intuitive product sense, implementing best practices and frameworks that elevate our product development process and organizational efficiency.</p>

<ul class=" text-base sm:text-lg marker:text-color list-inside list-disc text-gray-500 list-disc list-outside pl-3 mb-6">
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a tech startup or fast-paced environment.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated ability to implement product management principles, frameworks, tactics, best practices.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Empathetic leadership, with a passion for coaching, mentorship, and fostering collaboration.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance data-driven decision-making with intuition and user insights.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategies aligned with business goals.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">A strategic thinker who can zoom out to consider medium- and long-term implications while excelling in execution and day-to-day management.</span></li>

Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences between the different compensation elements.</span></li>
