<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Build user facing security features that protect our users from bad actors, and search for creative solutions to common abuse problems</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Sculpt the architectural vision for significant parts of our stack to allow for rapid iteration and long term stability.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Work closely with other engineers on the team to aid in their technical growth.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">3+ years of experience, perspective and deep understanding of the Trust and Safety domain</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Extensive experience with at least one server-side programming language (PHP, Python, Go, Java, Ruby, Node, etc)</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficiency in front end web development including React and/or NextJS</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">An intimate knowledge of relational database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc) and data modeling techniques</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proven experience in building scalable web applications, including backend services, APIs, and databases</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate respectfully and effectively with both technical and non-technical teams</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Organized and have the ability to break up projects into manageable pieces and complete them with limited compromises by the established deadline</span></li>
