<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">Guideline is seeking a <strong class=" font-semibold">Senior Product Designer</strong> to help build a new financial savings product that will exist alongside our core 401(k) offering. In this role, you’ll be a key player in building 0-1 initiatives and trying new things to propel the company’s growth while elevating our customer’s experience.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Be a founding designer for a completely new bet for Guideline, with the opportunity to transform how new products work alongside our 401(k) offering today</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Partner with product management, engineering, design and research teams to define and implement new product initiatives</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead design strategy and execution for new products and workstreams in a complex problem space</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Identify ways to test and validate concepts and features quickly without utilizing engineering resources</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Align stakeholders across all levels of the organization around proposed concepts</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">A knack for navigating ambiguous problems and shape them into clear goals</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Product thinker with the ability to design solutions that iteratively scale from MVP to north star</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong storytelling and communication to articulate design decisions across the broader organization</span></li>

At Guideline, we believe compensation should be fair and equitable. We take a data-driven approach to set our compensation bands; the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and work location. We are always evaluating our pay zones to be as competitive as possible, so keep in mind these may be subject to change in the future.</p>
