As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that meet the needs of our business and stakeholders, including external clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, assess new and emerging technologies, and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions. Additionally, you will lead technical projects, provide guidance and support to project teams, lead development teams, create proof-of-concepts (POCs), and act as a subject matter expert for all things technology. You will also work closely with external clients to understand their needs and lead demos to showcase the solutions you have developed.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop and maintain a holistic view of the organization&#8217;s technology architecture, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business strategy</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed, developed, and delivered in accordance with architectural standards</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Evaluate new and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization&#8217;s technology architecture</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead the development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility of new technologies</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Develop, maintain, and communicate technical standards and best practices for the organization</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Act as a technical advisor to project teams, providing guidance and support as needed</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Lead development teams and manage technical projects to ensure successful delivery</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Excellent written and oral communication and cross-organizational skills</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with multi-cloud environments, particularly AWS, Azure or GCP.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Thrive in a highly innovative, fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Able to work well in a team environment and building strong partnerships across different groups</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Seven years of cloud engineering experience</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Experience with designing complex cloud architectures</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Possess excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Should be very comfortable with learning new languages and being proficient in it in a short time</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Proficient in creating detailed architectural diagrams and documentation to communicate design solutions.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Strong ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.</span></li>
</ul>
<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3"><strong class=" font-semibold">Nice-to-have Skills:</strong></p>
