<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">The staff engineer&#8217;s main focus is to guarantee that all implementations that he is participating or developing are following the best solution possible for that problem and that the solution can scale indefinitely and doesn’t have any integrity problems.</p>
<h2><strong class=" font-semibold">What you&#8217;ll do</strong></h2>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure that the systems that he participates or develops can scale indefinitely and it doesn’t have any integrity problems.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Ensure that the staff engineering guidelines and standards is being applied to the current systems</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Help SE I &#8211; IV in any implementation help that those engineers need</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Identify possible flaws that are present in the current system that were not yet discovered by the teams.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Often Participate in implementations that are cross squads.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Leads architectural system designs on the most complex systems.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Can understand the context of multiple different work streams, and offer effective technical advice and support for those workstreams while still maintaining excellent velocity.</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Demonstrates high product awareness for areas of the business they are working with. Understands the importance of product-market fit and works closely with product leadership to ensure we’re making the right decisions across one or more</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Regularly challenges their team or area to have a greater sense of urgency for company priorities. Steps up to lead when required.</span></li>
