<p class=" text-gray-200 text-base sm:text-lg leading-relaxed mb-3">The staff engineer’s main focus is to guarantee that all implementations that he is participating or developing are following the best solution possible for that problem and that the solution can scale indefinitely and doesn’t have any integrity problems.</p>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Help SE I – IV in any implementation help that those engineers need</span></li>
<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Identify possible flaws that are present in the current system that were not yet discovered by the teams.</span></li>

<li class=" leading-snug mb-2 pl-2"><span class="text-gray-200">Leads architectural system designs on the most complex systems.</span></li>
