<p>Position: Recruiter</p>
<p>Location: Remote (anywhere in Croatia)</p>
<p>Employment type: full time contract </p>

<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients</li>
<li>Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed</li>
<li>Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients’ vacancies</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists</li>
<li>Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits</li>
<li>Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients</li>
<li>Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests</li>
<li>Communicate interview results to candidates</li>
<li>Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates</li>
<li>Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression</li>
<li>Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Native/fluent in French, Italian, German or Dutch, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Mandatory to have excellent communication and customer service skills in C1 English language </li>
<li>Previous recruitment experience in BPO, RPO or recruitment agencies is a must</li>
<li>Maintain a confident and positive attitude</li>
<li>Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets</li>
<li>Display strong organizational and administrative skills</li>
<li>Collaborative and team-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Ability to take direction</li>
<li>Understanding of importance of market building</li>
<li>Understanding of importance of using CRMs. </li>
