Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to meet performance goals across multiple channels, including - Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads...

- Conduct keyword research and optimize bids, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize ad performance and drive conversions.

- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis, making data-driven adjustments to improve KPIs such as CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.

- A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

- Analyze data and create reports to provide insights on ad performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, and development) to align advertising efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads features, trends, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.

- Manage and optimize budgets to maximize cost-efficiency and ROI.

- Track and report on key metrics, including impressions, clicks, leads, sales, and conversions, and ensure all campaigns align with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Google Ads Expert, Google Ads Specialist, or similar role with a strong track record of successful campaigns.

- Google Ads certification is required.

In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping Ads.

- Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.

- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize performance.

- Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management strategies.

- Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and split-testing.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
