SCHEDULE:
• Mon. Tues. Weds. Thurs: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM or 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM OR 9 A.M. - 5 P.M.
• Sat. & Sun: OFF
CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES AGENT MUST:
• Be able to multitask
• Be proficient in Google products (Gmail. Excel, Google Chat, Google Space)
• Be able to work efficiently under pressure
• Have phone and email etiquette
• Be coachable
• Be a team player
• Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
• Analyzing customer behavior.
• Gathering information about customer complaints.
• Developing aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
• Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business relations.
• Meeting with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
• Writing and presenting customer behavior reports.
• Building positive relationships with customers and business associates.
