Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for service follow-ups and feedback
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs promptly
- Handle client services inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Experience
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
- Strong computer skills for data entry tasks
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Experience in client services and call center environments
- Ability to handle phone etiquette with professionalism
- Multilingual capabilities and familiarity with CRM software
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.47 - $26.24 per hour
