We are a local family-owned business involved in real estate development, self-storage and a successful and growing start-up involving RV overnight stays. We are looking for an individual who will fulfill a variety of responsibilities within this scope. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

The position will initially be part-time but become full-time as development phases are competed. The applicant should be dependable, a quick learner, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, flexible, focused and hard-working, work well both independently and as part of a team, and able to handle multiple tasks in a sometimes fast-paced work environment. We seek someone willing to work some Saturdays. Must have a positive outlook, good interpersonal communication skills and seek a job that will offer challenge while providing an opportunity for true job satisfaction. Must have competence in basic computer skills, including familiarity with WORD and Microsoft Outlook; we will train in the use of additional software used.

Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations – including responding to inquiries by phone and email, and providing customer service to overnight RV guests.
- Office tasks include minimal amount of filing and data entry
- Various administrative assistant and light maintenance duties
- Self-storage business and hospitality-oriented tasks – employee will be trained in software to manage bookings, storage rentals (RV storage and self-storage), invoicing and taking payments.
- Light cleaning, as required

Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality, office management, accounting, marketing and customer service is preferred
- Computer skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week

Schedule:
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
