About the position
The Family Therapy Clinician position at Eliot Community Human Services involves providing in-home therapeutic services to families using the Wraparound model. The clinician will support clients in their diverse home environments, conducting diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. This role emphasizes empowering families, crisis intervention, and collaboration with various treatment providers to meet the complex needs of clients and their families.
Responsibilities
• Provide family-driven in-home therapeutic services through the Wraparound Approach.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop strength-based treatment plans in collaboration with families.
,
• Support families through caregiver coaching sessions and evidence-based individual and family sessions.
,
• Assist caretakers during crises through crisis intervention and safety planning.
,
• Coordinate services with other treatment providers, including IHT Therapeutic Training and Support Workers, inpatient services, and primary care physicians.
,
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and insurance authorizations.
,
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support families outside of regular business hours.
,
• Meet weekly productivity targets and accommodate the scheduling needs of families.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
,
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
,
• 1 year of experience working with families and children.
,
• Valid MA Driver's License.
Nice-to-haves
• Licensure as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

• Experience with clinical skills and communication skills.
,
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
