Description:
• Execute data pull requests for new business development leads
• Identify & reconcile any claims needed for monthly client invoice processes
• Generate supporting details to guide internal Medication Access Services (MAS) & Payor Access (PAS) Services efforts for client targeting/prioritization and budgeting/forecasting of client performance
• Analyze client specific details to support strategic discussions with MAS & PAS accounts
• Support product & operations by pulling background details needed to understand data quality issues or help guide advancement of internal processes
• Attend routine meetings to update project status and communicate any potential barriers or delays
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working in a health system specialty pharmacy
• Experience managing the implementation, optimization, utilization, and maintenance of large data sets
• 2-3 years experience or equivalent in specialty pharmacy; health system specialty preferred
• Ability to write and edit code in Python/Pyspark.
• Knowledge of pharmacy economics & reimbursement
• Familiar with common specialty products or ability to identify a specialty product
• Familiar with pharmacy payors and access requirements
