About the Role:
Are you a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Join our team in Aurora, just 30 minutes from Naperville, where you'll provide vital behavioral support to students, helping them develop essential life skills in a positive and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
¬ē Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
¬ē Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and create effective strategies.
¬ē Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress.
¬ē Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and team members.
¬ē Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed.
Requirements:
¬ē Master¬ís degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
¬ē Active national BCBA certification.
¬ē Ability to work onsite in Aurora, IL.
¬ē Strong communication and collaboration skills.
