The Helgemo Team at Compass is seeking both experienced and new licensed real estate agents to join their fast-growing team. This position offers a hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling, allowing agents to manage their time effectively while receiving comprehensive support and high-quality leads from Zillow and other sources. The role focuses on listing and selling residential real estate, providing exceptional service to clients, and leveraging in-house operational support to close multiple transactions each month.
Responsibilities
• List and sell residential real estate, guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process.

• Conduct property evaluations and prepare market analyses to ensure accurate pricing.

• Stay responsive and available to your buyers and sellers, providing exceptional service.

• Use our CRM and systems to stay organized and maintain a steady pipeline of business.

• Maintain an active Florida Real Estate License.
Requirements
• Valid Florida Real Estate License (Required).

• 1 year of sales experience (Preferred).
